Ingredients:
1/4 cup K-6 Keenan's Killer Salsa Brava Hot Sauce
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup onion, lightly chopped
3 Tbl. sugar
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup canola oil (or other mild tasting oil)
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Place the first 6 ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth. Slowly add the canola oil and continue to blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Use or store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
Yield: 3 1/2 cups
