K-6 Buffalo Roasted Brussels Sprouts


1 lb. fresh Brussels sprouts 
1 Tbl. extra virgin olive oil 
1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper 
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbl. butter
1/2 cup K-6 Keenan's Killer Salsa Brava
3 oz. crumbled feta cheese (or blue cheese if your prefer) 


Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Trim the stems from the brussels sprouts and cut in half lengthwise. Place the sprouts in a bowl and toss with the olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Bake for 20-30 minutes, depending on how crispy your prefer your brussels sprouts. Remove brussels sprouts from the oven and toss in the K-6 Keenan's Killer Salsa Brava sauce. Place the sprout mixture in a serving dish and top with crumbled cheese. Serve immediately.
