K-5 Pulled Pork Sliders


1 lb. pork loin, trimmed of silver
1/2 bottle (2.5 fl. oz.) K-5 Keenan's Killer Chipotle Sauce 
1/2 cup water
1 Tbl. extra virgin olive oil 
salt and pepper
prepared coleslaw with dressing 
slider buns 


Trim pork loin of silver and rub with olive oil. Salt and pepper all sides and place in a slow cooker. Pour 1/2 of a 5 oz. bottle of K-5 Keenan's Killer Chipotle Sauce over the pork loin and tum to coat. Add 1/2 cup water.

Cook in a slow cooker for 8 hours on low. If needed, add another 1/2 cup of water. The pork should be moist. When ready to serve, take two forks and pull apart the pork into shreds. Add more K-5 Keenan's Killer Chipotle Sauce to taste.

Top slider buns with pulled pork and top with coleslaw.
