Ingredients:
2 tsp. minced garlic
3 tsp. pureed or minced ginger
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp. honey
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
2 Tbl. soy sauce
2 tsp. K-4 Keenan's Killer Sunshine Mango Hot Sauce
2 Tbl. plus 2 tsp. lime juice
2 tsp. of lime zest
6 Tbl. neutral flavored oil
Directions:
Place first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk until blended. Whisk in the oil to form an emulsified vinaigrette.
The yield is about 1 1/2 cups.
