1 mango, peeled, seeded and diced
1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 red pepper chopped
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 lime, juiced
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pinch of cracked black pepper
1 tsp. honey
1-2 tsp. K-4 Keenan's Killer Sunshine Mango Hot Sauce.
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Season to taste with salt, black pepper and honey. Refrigerate or serve immediately with chips or over sautéed fish or chicken.
